We typically ship orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your doorstep.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship within the U.S., and most packages arrive in 3–7 business days after they’ve been processed.

đź“Ť Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. If it’s been more than 10 business days and your package hasn’t arrived, contact us. 

🚨 Double-Check Your Address
Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping info is accurate. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses (and we’d hate for your Trueloom gear to go missing!).
